My adviser was Lorenzo. He was unfriendly. He said my front axles needed to be replaced and I asked why, he said wear and tear. I said I don't understand because I hardly dr He was unfriendly. He said my front axles needed to be replaced and I asked why, he said wear and tear. I said I don't understand because I hardly drive my car, as you can see in the millage. He just didn't care and said oh well, it needs to be replaced. I don't understand why, I took my car six months ago and they didn't say anything about the front axles going bad, and now they wanted me to pay over $2000.00 for repairs, my car is not worth that much. I contacted the Sales Manager, Bob Stradley, who took the time to explain in more detail the situation and helped me understand. The service department itself is, and has been, great. It was just the service advisor this time that was the issue. More

Mi CX-5 estuvo en el talle de ese dealership por alrededor de un mes para reparar algunos inconvenientes en el motor, a pesar de que es un vehículo con apenas 19.000 millas, el trato con el advisor alrededor de un mes para reparar algunos inconvenientes en el motor, a pesar de que es un vehículo con apenas 19.000 millas, el trato con el advisor fue bastante amigable y cordial pero el servicio del taller deja mucho que desear, dejaron ramales de cables sueltos en el motor y la tapa del filtro de aire sin cerrar sus ganchos, es decir, estaba suelta ahí dentro. Aunque parezcan detalles pequeños y sencillos de solucionar es precisamente eso lo que decepciona y te hace pensar en el hecho de que si con las cosas sencillas hacen un desastre que te garantiza que están haciendo los procedimientos para reparar adecuadamente tu vehículo y que no habrá problemas relacionados a eso en el futuro?!
