Had my Mazda serviced here for the first time after a system failure and no mechanics in my area wanted to touch it as they were not experienced with the issue. I had my car dropped off at sport Mazda after hours. I spoke to my service department advisor Valentina the next morning and I have to just say she was absolutely amazing! She communicated everything in full detail and was extremely knowledgeable! I was impressed to say the least. I did not my expect my car to be diagnosed and ready for pick up as quickly as it was due to me not having an appointment. She really worked with me to find the best solutions for my car and had me up and driving out of there in no time! The technicians were efficient and fast! I never had such great customer service at any dealership. Their customer service and honest caring for their customers truly shows and certainly won my business! More

Delvin, is always great, honest, kind and profesional. I was not looking to get another car because I have been very happy with my current CX-30 but I got in to a newer model with lovely red seats. I came for an oil change and walked out with a new car lol. Delvin, Juan, Rey and Luis at service did a great Job. I have a great smooth experience even though the trim is a lower trim than the one I got before I’m still very happy. I will always deal with Delvin, he makes us feel right at home. Poor communication, I was left there for 6 hr while everybody were going home and my car was already “fixed” parked outside without letting me know.
