I usually dread the entire car shopping experience especially with the "on lot shark salesman" atmosphere... I can confidently say this was the first time in my life that I had a pleasant and extremel especially with the "on lot shark salesman" atmosphere... I can confidently say this was the first time in my life that I had a pleasant and extremely smooth experience. We worked with Frank the whole way and I can't speak highly enough on how hard he worked with us to make sure we got the best possible deal on the car. The culture at this dealership is customer-oriented and it certainly reflected that way with how serviceable Frank was to us in every aspect of the car shopping experience. We had a great experience buying a new Subaru at Don Mealey Sport Subaru. William Mahair our sales assistant was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we changed our mind from the Outback Touring th Mealey Sport Subaru. William Mahair our sales assistant was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we changed our mind from the Outback Touring that was in stock and we test drove to the XT model that had to be transferred from another dealership. Edwin Cotto the Sales Manager was very helpful, and Jonathan Frisby assisted with our financing and title transfer. We love the car and the buying experience was great. On April 25, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Don Mealey Sport Subaru. The Sales Associate that helped me was Frances Vargas. I am so pleased and thankful for all of Her Professionalism and product knowled Sport Subaru. The Sales Associate that helped me was Frances Vargas. I am so pleased and thankful for all of Her Professionalism and product knowledge. This is the first new car purchase for me since 2009 when I bought a Jeep. So I had a lot of questions and some anxiety. Every question I had was answered completely and without hesitation. Of all of the life changes, selling the house in Pennsylvania, retiring, filling up 2 dumpsters, driving 21 hours in a UHAUL towing the Jeep, finding a place to live in Orlando, moving in, buying this car was the easiest-smoothest task !!! Frances is very good at what she does and is obviously a very valued member of the Staff at the Dealership. I would highly recommend going to Don Mealey Sport Subaru for your next vehicle purchase !!! More
