I ended up leaving but calling him back with questions, which he promptly answered, and I ended up going back the same day to purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient without once getting pushy. After my purchase, he again showed me each button and what it does. I was impressed that they set up a two-week appt for me to go back to ask questions, and I already have my first free oil change scheduled. I was happy with the whole experience. They had the car I wanted - and they were friendly and accommodating upon my arrival.
