Hector was amazing! He made this an easy process! He is laid back and does not put any pressure on you for anything. He takes his time and makes all the effort with his He made this an easy process! We had a problem with the sales manager, Axel Machin and Hector made sure to keep us calm and comfortable. He was completely understanding and wanted to do everything in his power to keep us happy. The General Manager, Ramon, also made sure that we didn’t have to deal with Axel. Ramon was wonderful and reminded us why we chose that dealership from the beginning. Ramon reassured us that they have the customers best interest at heart. Hector and Ramon almost literally held our hand throughout the process and made sure we left extremely happy. We ended up with a new and awesome sales manager, Jon Frisby. We are so happy that an almost negative experience became one with a very happy customer in the end. We thank you for all your understanding, hand holding and patience throughout our car buying experience. I am so happy that Hector was apart of this journey with us and I would choose him again and again! I will make sure to send my family to him!
