They never made us feel pressured when we came in to see cars. Our sales person David was very pleasant and patient with us. He always took his time to answer our questions and concerns. Disappointed by the lack of customer service by the the manager of this establishment. I purchased the parts online and the website assured me that the brake calipers fit my Subaru Legacy vehicle. When I c manager of this establishment. I purchased the parts online and the website assured me that the brake calipers fit my Subaru Legacy vehicle. When I came back to the Don Mealy Sport Subaru I was greeted by a rude manager that told me that they don’t do returns. The parts were not used and still in original box. Clearly they don’t care about their customers. I even took my car for service here in the past. I learned an important lesson today. I am never buying part online from this place and I am never doing business with Don Mealey Sports Subaru on West Colonial. More
