Amazing buying experience. It's safe to say that this dealership is one of the best in the area and you can tell from first arriving in the parking lot. At most other dealership It's safe to say that this dealership is one of the best in the area and you can tell from first arriving in the parking lot. At most other dealerships, salespeople will start walking toward you before you can even get out of the car, stalking you and pressuring you to buy. At Don Mealey Sport Subaru, I had to check the hours on the door because I thought they were closed! This first impression made a huge difference to my buying experience. I felt, from the beginning, that any decision I made was on my own terms and I never felt pressured into buying a car. Our sales representative, Trevor Jeffery, was very knowledgeable and helped us with choosing a Forester over an Outback based on our family's needs. Once we sat down to run the numbers, Ted Pappas, the finance "guru" worked with us to get our payment down to where we wanted it to be without putting down a lot of money. Finally, Tim Schmoker made the paperwork process very simple and fast. Through the whole process, we missed lunch and the wonderful staff at Don Mealey included us in their weekly meal! The whole experience was amazing and we are excited to buy another Subaru from Don Mealey when its time for us to trade in our other vehicle. Before coming to Don Mealey Sport Subaru, we had been to five different dealerships looking at cars and the experience we had here was amazing! More

Great Customer Service! I had just gotten in an accident where my car was totaled and needed to replace it. I unfortunately was having the hardest time dealing with the insur I had just gotten in an accident where my car was totaled and needed to replace it. I unfortunately was having the hardest time dealing with the insurance company paying off my previous loan and getting a check to purchase a new car. I came and test drove a Subaru with Michael S. weeks before buying the car. He was very informative/straightforward about pricing, safety ratings, what he would and wouldn’t buy, his recommendations. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed, he understood my situation completely and honestly just made me feel like he wanted to help. Over the weeks while I waited to hear from the insurance company, he sent me new cars they received on the lot and kept me informed. again, the thing I hate the most about the car buying experience is the haggling/feeling like I was being pushed into something I don’t feel comfortable with or rushed to make a decision, and Mike took all of that out of the equation. My experience was made so much easier because of him. Thanks again Mike! More
