We were lucky to get Alex Tamer as the sales professional to help us. Even though it was 95 degrees and we told him we were not buying that day he went above and beyond showing us the different Subaru models. Well, I did come back a couple of days later and settled on an Outback 2019. If you have ever bought a car, it can be a painful process in my opinion. I am happy to say Alex and the whole team from GM to the finance guy were open and happily answered every question. No high pressure. I will be a repeat customer and will certainly recommend to friends and colleagues! And I love my car! Thank you Alex and the entire team. More

Happy new customer! :) Let me start by saying that I am a "shopper". I had several vehicles that I was considering and Subaru wasn't on the top of my list, to be honest. Mainly because I didn't know too much about them. But went in for a test drive to make sure a compare and weigh all of my options. However, I was so impressed with by the level of quality of product but also excellent customer service, that doing business here felt like the right decision. Robert (sales) is super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There was no pressure at all and I didn't feel like I was being "sold" on anything. Ted (management) took the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions, with patience and understanding. They continue to impress me and I am really happy to now be "part of the family".
