Process was a pleasure and I absolutely love the car! The staff bent over backwards to help me with my purchase and to switch over from my trade in. Due to an unforeseen issue with my debit card during purchase, a check was needed to be written for the remaining balance of the car (I did not want to finance). Not having a check on me Robert Duran kindly followed me home in my new car (approximately 25 miles) so that I could write the check and not have to return to the dealership the next day. I can not say enough about the staff at this dealership they were all wonderful! If your in the market for a Subaru or Mitsubishi stop by and ask for Robert you will not be disappointed. More

I bought a new Subaru Impreza from Trevor Jeffrey at Sport Subaru in 2016, and only go to Sport Subaru's service department for any work on the car (it only needs oil changes, nothing else has gone wrong with the car). When we came in and met with Rafael Romero, our salesman, we had no idea that we were about to embark on a truely fantastic experience. We ended up not getting the Forester we found online, but Mr. Romero was super patient as we looked at about 8 other cars before finding the car of our daughters dreams in a beautiful 2017 Outback. The car is amazing, but Rafael was the best part of an excellent car buying experience. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping his customers find exactly what they really want. Cynthia was very helpful when setting up our appointment and responded in what seemed like seconds when we sent texts or called with questions before we came in. She was also outstanding. If I need another car for any member of my family or am asked by any friends, I will be more than comfortable sending people to Sport Subaru to see Rafael Romero.
