He was not pushy, but r We had the pleasure of working with Tim Pastuszek! He was knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly accommodating. He was not pushy, but rather understanding. We initially met Tim as we were just car shopping, looking at options. He spent the time with us and was attentive to the things we wanted in a car as a family of 4. He knew the cars in and out, which I greatly appreciated, especially as a person with minimal car knowledge. He was incredibly professional. After visiting with Springfield Hyundai, we ventured to Toyota, but the customer service experience was just not the same. So, we immediately got back into contact with Tim, and I am glad we did. He made the seemingly mundane experience of filling out paperwork enjoyable. He was thorough and always checked in with us. He spent the time finding the exact color and model we wanted, and quickly got back to us. He introduced us to the many different features in the Santa Fe, and I left feeling like I had a good grasp on the many features. We cannot thank Tim enough. We LOVE the Santa Fe!
