If you aren't ready to Pay$$$ stay away! Rude man! A Sales Rep by the name of Mike H on 1/28 at 1030 AM, was extremely dismissive to my Husband and I. We stepped in seeking information on transitio A Sales Rep by the name of Mike H on 1/28 at 1030 AM, was extremely dismissive to my Husband and I. We stepped in seeking information on transitioning from one vehicle to another, and were at first greeted kindly, seated at a consulting table, given water etc. When it became readily evident that we were seeking more information while our current car was being serviced, and were not going to sign a lease, he very quickly said he had another customer coming in and handed us over to a trainee to test drive. He showed us a pamphlet briefly and repeated to us how much more it would be than what we are currently paying, we affirmed him that we were aware and that it is the car we wanted. We were given to the trainee. The trainee was the only redeeming part of the experience. Upon returning from the test drive, he was nowhere to be found, so the trainee, doing what he could, took us on a test drive of a different trim of the same model. When we returned we were 'greeted' by Mike standing at the door saying to let him know when we're ready, with a tone that it was the end of the conversation when this was the fist we had seen of him in over a half hour. Upon my insistence, Mike ran the numbers for the two models of car, but seemed extremely inconvenienced by our questions and sat us at a table by ourselves as he proceeded to multitask our quote question with new customers at his table. When he finally gave us the quote, he kept reminding us about how much more money it would be, and did so approximately 9-10 times during the visit. He had written in a green marker the prices of the two models, refused to give us a pamphlet again as we did not pick up the one he placed on his table originally. When my husband asked if we could have a print out of the specifications at least or of the quote, he asked if we wanted a copy of the green marker written on printer paper that he had written down the two numbers in. We had to repeatedly ask for more information when we made our questions clear at the outset, and were given the run around and/or delayed due to "new customers" at every turn. What about the customer you're currently with? It was beyond insulting. It was embarrassing to see such rude demeaning behavior by a salesperson towards a young couple. For whatever reason, whether it was my as a hispanic woman being the primary driver, us being young, or our lack of signing a lease today, he was completely unprofessional, dismissive and rude. He made it clear repeatedly that we were not the priority and couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Job well done; he will be the reason we do not return for service, lease, or purchase at this location ever again. Unless you're there to shell it out immediately this man will have no regard for respectful treatment of you or your spouse Go somewhere else. More
