Excellent job, Gardner The overall experience was handled by Gardner very well dealing with 3 different personalities in my daughter, my wife & myself. I did think 4 hours The overall experience was handled by Gardner very well dealing with 3 different personalities in my daughter, my wife & myself. I did think 4 hours was a little long but we did go home with a brand new 2017 Elantra, which my daughter loved, being her first car. I was trying to keep it as close to $100/mo lease & getting it for $131/mo was a little high but we'll make it work. Thank you Gardner. More

Was told my car was fixed and was not!! So I am having a problem with my car where it keeps stalling out so I brought it to Hyundai and they had it a few days and told me it was fixed and pa So I am having a problem with my car where it keeps stalling out so I brought it to Hyundai and they had it a few days and told me it was fixed and paid them $190, the next day my car broke down again so I had them check it out again for another week and was told it was fine, I was able to drive it home then the next day it broke down same way as before. So then I call them asking for my money back and am told to come in Monday for a check and when I came in they refused to give me my money back. Horrible mechanics and even worse management!! AJ Henry is the assistant service manager and did not help me one bit! More

As soon as my boyfriend, his mother and I walked through the door, we were greeted with smiles and asked " How can we help you today?". It was at that moment that we felt as though we were finally in trusted hands. After going to several dealerships only to leave with broken hearts and wondering minds, I am proud to say that Springfield Hyundai was able to meet our needs. Not only did you provide my boyfriend and his mother with an amazing brand new car instead of a used one, you also were able to bring down the initial car payment quote.
