My experience was so wonderful, that even though I was given a slightly lower price from another dealer, I wanted to use Springfield because of the Customer Service. I worked with Michelle and she was so informative and made me feel like my best interest was always at hand. She gave me all of the options and explained everything prior to going into the dealership. I did not feel overwhelmed or confused during my purchase at all. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike on the floor. He got my car ready for my pick up and walked me through all the features of the car. He was so caring and made me feel comfortable leaving the lot. My car is wonderful. It is exactly what I wanted and I am so thankful to have gone through this process. More

We wanted a different color car than what they had on hand so was pleasantly pleased they found one at a different dealer and we picked it up within 2 days.
