The service department at St Cloud Toyota has always been excellent. I may not like what they tell me I need but I have to trust that they are right even if they tell me I need four new tires when one can't excellent. The team was great from sales to finance. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted immediately and on a test drive within a few minutes. If it wouldn’t have been for Salesman ( Ishmael ) did an excellent job. Can’t say that for the manager,quoted price and then said he made a mistake. If it wouldn’t have been for Ismail I would have walked out. Also Toyota has been advertising a 500.00 Rebate for veterans but somewhere in the fine print says you must finance why should I be penalized for paying cash for it! I just bought 3-months ago a new Ford and I qualified for veterans discount there. If not available I will think twice before I do this again. Ron Roiger More
