Nate was great to work with! Very knowledgeable, very friendly. He also went out of his way to look up information questions we had about accessories for our new Tundra. Long story short: my extended warranty was missed at initial checkout, and I almost lost thousands of dollars because of that little mistake. It was all sorted out, hallelujah, but not until after I had initial checkout, and I almost lost thousands of dollars because of that little mistake. It was all sorted out, hallelujah, but not until after I had brought my car to a new dealership in hopes to save my money. There were some awesome people at Toyota that helped fix this issue and get my car fixed (needed new transmission), but I had to take an entire day off of work to deal with this. I also never received an apology from the person who made the mistake, and they seemed unpleasant with me when I had to interact with them afterwards. To make matters (slightly) worse, my car needed to go back in because they hadn't completed the job correctly and my gearshift was off. I do appreciate the people at Toyota that worked hard to save my warranty and my money, but it was an extremely stressful time and I still lost a day's pay for missing work. More

1st free oil change with Saint cloud Toyota. I told the service manager I was taken the Chevrolet HHR on a 5000 mile trip. They put in their best Mobile 1 oil, and rotated the tires, and full inspection, service manager I was taken the Chevrolet HHR on a 5000 mile trip. They put in their best Mobile 1 oil, and rotated the tires, and full inspection, and even washed my car. I went to pay for some of the bill, and was told there is no Charge, and was wished a safe trip. The service was fast, and the employees were great. I will have all my oil changes at St.Cloud Toyota.
