I could have not had a worse experience when it came to getting my car done. I went in to get an oil change and it went from taking 45 minutes to over 3 hours long due to the battery being "in the red" acc getting my car done. I went in to get an oil change and it went from taking 45 minutes to over 3 hours long due to the battery being "in the red" according to them and needed changing. They did not even inform me how long it would take. they just had me sitting there for 3 hours long. I have had this car that I got from them for less than 6 months and paid a lot of money including protective service so I am not sure why they would give me a car with a battery that was dying. I was misinformed on when the sales rep sold it to me and in 6 months they are already making me pay for my own repairs. To make it worse, I went up to make a complaint and talk to a sales rep so that they could explain it better to me and he said he would look it up and he left me waiting by myself for over 1 and a half hours and never came back to me. I went up to the desk to ask if she could inform me if he came back and she never even said a word to me where he was. I could not be more disappointed with toyota and if there was such a thing as zero stars I would give it. If I could give the car back and bring my business somewhere else I would never return to toyota again with the lack of help they gave me. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for the time being. The only good thing I can say about toyota is Rob Gable. He helped me get the battery fixed right away and was super polite to me even though he wasn't part of the sales team that sold it to me. For the rest of the people I asked for help, sadly I did not know there names, they were horrible when it came to customer service. I am sorely disappointed in how I was treated.... More

I brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile oil change. Two other things needed to be looked at. They basically told me I was imagining it and that nothing was wrong. This is my 4th highlander (probably last) and the road noise on a non-windy day is unacceptable. I've lived with it for 20,000 miles and I'm tired of it. Passengers unsolicited are telling me it is so loud in my $45,000 vehicle. The seals around the doors are defective. Supposedly a tech took it for a drive and said there was nothing wrong. I asked that the manager take it for a drive as it was a calm day yesterday and it would have been a perfect day to prove to them it is unacceptably noisy. I asked the tech what I do now to get this fixed and they gave me no solution. What good does another appointment do? What if it is a windy day and it's noisy with the wind? Should I call Toyota? What are they going to do? I've been a very loyal Toyota customer and I at a loss as to what to do. I want new door seals to stop the road noise. More
