This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Saint Cloud Toyota. This time we really took advantage of using the online internet services. Disappointed! I am leasing a 2020 RAV4 since April. I have the Toyota app on my phone and within that app, I am supposed to be able to lock, unlock and start my ve I am leasing a 2020 RAV4 since April. I have the Toyota app on my phone and within that app, I am supposed to be able to lock, unlock and start my vehicle. This has worked less than a handful of times. I called Toyotas 1-800 number and was on the phone for over an hour only to be told that they didn't know what was wrong so she opened a "case" and asked that I bring my vehicle into St Cloud Toyota. I brought my vehicle in this week only to be told they couldn't find anything wrong and that it's my phone and that I should contact AT&T. I'm not sure why it would be AT&T's fault? I'm extremely disappointed that I now have a brand new vehicle and remote start on my phone that doesn't work anyway! More
