I brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile oil change. Two other things needed to be looked at. They basically told me I was imagining it and that nothing was wrong. Passengers unsolicited are telling me it is so loud in my $45,000 vehicle. The seals around the doors are defective. Supposedly a tech took it for a drive and said there was nothing wrong. I asked that the manager take it for a drive as it was a calm day yesterday and it would have been a perfect day to prove to them it is unacceptably noisy. I asked the tech what I do now to get this fixed and they gave me no solution. What good does another appointment do? What if it is a windy day and it's noisy with the wind? Should I call Toyota? What are they going to do? I've been a very loyal Toyota customer and I at a loss as to what to do. I want new door seals to stop the road noise. More
