Trevor was knowledgeable about all the cars that were available to us. We previously had shopped at the Baxter Toyota dealership and the person helping us had no clue what was available at their store. H available to us. He helped us zero in on which Corolla’s were available and what the differences were between them. Once we selected our car we did have to wait a bit for financing as there was another customer ahead of us. Trevor kept us informed as to how long the wait would be. During the wait I cleaned out our trade in. We felt the offer for our trade in was fair and the financing was quick. Although I could sense that the finance person was ready to go home (it was now after closing time when we did the financing—I’m sure staff rolls their eyes when someone pops in an hour before closing and they end up staying late). We felt rushed through the paperwork. Hopefully we didn’t sign away our first born child. This wouldn’t stop us from purchasing another vehicle for your place. It was a great experience through the end when Trevor spent time with us with the new car to show us how the instrument panel worked!! More
