All I have to say is this was first time buying a car and Nate made it extremly easy....within 30 minutes he had found me the car I was looking for for half of the interest that Carlson Toyota was asking al Nate made it extremly easy....within 30 minutes he had found me the car I was looking for for half of the interest that Carlson Toyota was asking along with 2 grand less down...If you need a vehicle and are worried about the buying process I recommend asking for Nate...fantastic experience!!! Put my mind at ease I took my car in for a routine oil change at Hendrick's Toyota in Merriam, Kansas. And asked if they could fix the a piece of trim that was falling do I took my car in for a routine oil change at Hendrick's Toyota in Merriam, Kansas. And asked if they could fix the a piece of trim that was falling down inside my car. They had my car for almost 4 hours and told me I needed to replace my rack and pinion. They made me feel like my car was unsafe to drive the 500 miles home in without that $1350 replacement. I could not stay another day in KS cuz I was due at work the next day. The $45 repair they did to fix my trim did not last longer than a hour before it was falling down again. I called St. Cloud Toyota and explained I needed an estimate for a rack and pinion and a repair done on the trim again. Brian suggested another Multipoint inspection, and they would look at my trim. You guys fixed the trim for me and mentioned the previous repair actually did some damage to a clip. He also mentioned my car is safe to drive...and didn't suggest replacing a rack and pinion at this point in time. There is a seep, but no leak. Wow...so THANKFUL for that 2nd inspection. And I was even more pleased when there was no charge. I cannot thank you enough for taking that time. More

Minor Disappointment I told the lady who came to the car and wrote up the service request that I wanted an oil change, I wanted the tread depth measured on the tires and d I told the lady who came to the car and wrote up the service request that I wanted an oil change, I wanted the tread depth measured on the tires and did not want the cabin air filter inspected. I was surprised the oil change was $79 but did not say anything. When I got home I saw I was charged with a tire rotation which I did not want plus that cabin air filter was inspected. On my next visit, I will go directly to a service advisor. More
