Seems like a good dealership, but we had a "senior Salesman" who did not reply promptly to our telephone messages left for him (on three occasions), nor did the Sales Manager when we left a message to Salesman" who did not reply promptly to our telephone messages left for him (on three occasions), nor did the Sales Manager when we left a message to him., As a result of that, plus the salesman's lagging attention, we lost the first choice of vehicle (we were trying to leave a message about posting a down payment). Nobody assumed any responsibility for that, nor made any amends whatsoever. The actual sale proceeded in a mechanical way. We were annoyed when, at the signing, we were faced with another major charge for a warranty service plan - which had not been explained or warned about during the preface to the sale by the "senior" salesman. So everything related to this sale was really negative. We hope our vehicle itself will be pleasing as we come to know it. It is as presented. So the sales staff get zero from us.
