Very smooth process from beginning to end. With Michael in sales, Dan in technology and Daniela in finance, they were each very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth AND because of their skilled ef in sales, Dan in technology and Daniela in finance, they were each very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth AND because of their skilled efforts, we got fitted into our new car the same day and we drove off into the sunset! Scott Ferrara is an excellent man in the Service Department. I would say he is a "5 star" guy; most of the others are good too, even though there have been some minor slips which weren't that bad. I keep coming here because I have confidence in their work. That says a lot. I am a picky guy. More

Truly fantastic experience. They actually had the car I called and asked about (surprising how many places say they do and then don’t), they offered me coffee when I arrived, Barry actually new answers to called and asked about (surprising how many places say they do and then don’t), they offered me coffee when I arrived, Barry actually new answers to questions about my car rather than having to look it up (again, you would be surprised), he spoke to me when he knew it was me buying the car and not my husband, and he enjoyed talking with me and selling me the car. I would recommend him and his dealership in a heartbeat. Absolutely five star service. More
