My mother is elderly and in this time of social distancing I have tried to keep her away from stores as much as possible. When her windshield wiper broke, I called Dan and asked if there was a no-contact way for my mother to drop off the car. Without hesitation, Dan offered to come and pick up the car so she didn't have to come into the dealership. I was amazed! Dan made sure everything was fixed perfectly and treated us so well! I have never had such great customer service. Dan is easy to work with and accommodating. He always goes the extra mile for his customers!! More

Terrible place to do business with. Sales staff unprofessional and don’t keep their word. You inquire about a vehicle. They tell you it’s available but you have to make a deposit right away to rese unprofessional and don’t keep their word. You inquire about a vehicle. They tell you it’s available but you have to make a deposit right away to reserve it. I called and provided the CC information and was told that they would email or text me the receipt. Hours would go by and nothing happens. I call back again and ask for an update only to get told the vehicle was sold. This happened two times in the past 5 days. I called to speak to a manager and I spoke to Sunny and Youssef and basically the answer they gave “ just look for another vehicle and deal with us directly “ waste of time and effort. I will send a direct complaint to Hyundai as well. More
