Almost perfect I would like to have been shown more of the vehicles features and had assistance getting everything out of my vehicle and into the new one. I already I would like to have been shown more of the vehicles features and had assistance getting everything out of my vehicle and into the new one. I already know a couple things were left including the tag. It was however after closing and I understand that everyone was in a hurry to go home. I just felt like I signed on the dotted line and then I got left to finish up by myself. Blake did pair my phone to the system for me. But walked off while I was trying to transfer all my belongings. Also I was told I would have to drive my title back up to the dealership. I would have thought someone would offer to at least meet me if not come all the way to pick it up. I paid to have it fedexed. Until that point, everything was great and I do love the vehicle. These are just the little things that make a good experience become a great experience! More

Best dealership to work with! I knew exactly what I wanted and had been searching for months to find the perfect vehicle after several terrible experiences at other dealerships. I I knew exactly what I wanted and had been searching for months to find the perfect vehicle after several terrible experiences at other dealerships. I saw an ad for a 2011 Honda CR-V on our pre-approval company's website. I contacted Star Chevrolet to inquire about the vehicle since there weren't any pictures online. Our salesman sent me pictures and we set an appointment that day to come look at it. We drove all the way from Mobile, AL to look at this car. When we arrived, Robert Esterling, our salesman had the car pulled up with the AC already blowing and cooling down for us. The car is in great shape and mechanically sound. They gave us a great deal and even filled our tank for us before we left. Everyone at the dealership was extremely pleasant and offered true southern hospitality, Robert is professional and sweet. I really felt like he was looking after my best interests. It was the easiest car buying process I've ever had. They had us in and out in 2 hours from test drive to pulling off the lot. I will recomend them to everyone I can. I am so happy I purchased my car from them! More
