The tech in charge of my vehicle made me buy a battery and then said that my van still wouldn't star and that he need it to run some additional test costing me around $1500 just to figure out how to start and then said that my van still wouldn't star and that he need it to run some additional test costing me around $1500 just to figure out how to start my van . I didn't accept and send a tow truck to pick it up. When the driver gets there he put the key in and turn on the van to put it in the flat bed and my van turns on ok. So I called Michael and asked me why the tech lied he said he will look into it and call me back. It's been a couple of weeks and I'm still waiting. So that tells me that Stingray service dept is a ripoff,trying to overcharge the customers. More

Even after scheduling an appointment a month in advance, our car sat for over 24 hours without being looked at. It would have been even longer if I didn’t raise a fuss. Everything was lined up as stated by Geoff Flouronoy. The only glitch was in the programming of the vehicle through the Chevy modular because of Wi-Fi issues.
