I arrive 15 minutes late from my appointment. When I arrived, there was no one there to greet me. I drove up to the bay. The greenlight told me to proceed ahead. After I sat in the bay for about five or 10 minutes, somebody who was not a service advisor, approached me and asked me if they could help me. I said it was new to That service department and that this was my first visit. I was wondering if a service advisor would come up to me in my car or should I go behind the glass doors and seek out a service advisor. The individual told me I needed to seek out a service advisor and suggested a name . I went in and met Mr. Shearin. He found my appointment name and number and registered me for service. I also told him that I have a slow leak in my rear right tire of my car. He said that the service technician would address that problem. He told me that my first oil change And tire rotation was complementary. I asked them about the cost of the tire repair. He told me that price and I agreed to it. He then invited me to sit in the service department waiting room. That area the service department was well decorated and had a very inviting gift shop . It was nice. They offered free, coffee and donuts. I helped myself to a cup of coffee. Even though the service took a little longer than I anticipated, the time went well because of their distractions in the lobby. The cashier from Flint Michigan was very kind and helpful . The whole experience was alright. More
