Been going to this dealership for 5 years, different vehicles. Decided to check the oil after the oil change, read low on the stick multiple times. Had to add 3 quarts to bring it to the full mark. Cann vehicles. Decided to check the oil after the oil change, read low on the stick multiple times. Had to add 3 quarts to bring it to the full mark. Cannot get ahold of service advisor to work through this issue. How many times could I have been shorted in the past 5 years? Do better please More

The service was excellent with Joe. However, that’s where it ended. The job that was needed was a a lot of work (17+ hours), but there is no reason to charge what you were. I bought my other vehicle from stingray and was planning on buying my next truck from there within the next year or two, but after seeing what you charge when you have a customer “over the barrel” you don’t hold back and has seriously made me doubt I want to ever purchase anything from there again. Nearly $5000 for a few hundred dollar part and 20 hours of labor is absolutely insane and completely cutthroat to a customer. After seeing how you just abuse your customers financially, I highly doubt I would ever buy a vehicle from you in the future More
