The service representative was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with vehicle but I fill that was over charge. I went to the Chevy Traverse price list by part and found out that alternator cost was l what was wrong with vehicle but I fill that was over charge. I went to the Chevy Traverse price list by part and found out that alternator cost was less then what I was charged. Also was charged 2.8 hours labor, not 2 hours what it really take to replace part. When I spoke to the service representative I told her that I know what the problem was wrong with vehicle and just replace the alternator. Thanks for fixing my vehicle but not happy with labor cost.and part. More
