The representatives there are friendly enough, but answers to questions are not usually too helpful. Facilities are very nice, but they certainly should be when a normal service costs around $150. I’m usually able to get an appointment, but I’ve had to train myself to schedule service over a month out to get an appointment that fits my schedule even if I drop the vehicle off. We were without an appointment but needed immediate assistance due to a dead battery. Stingray Chevrolet told us to come on in since we had a neighbor jump start our car to get it started.
