Service tech didn’t complete my servicing needs at the time of my appointment. I needed my tire patched due to a nail and at checkout, I was told I was done, completed checkout and left the property. I st time of my appointment. I needed my tire patched due to a nail and at checkout, I was told I was done, completed checkout and left the property. I stopped at a gas station and noticed the nail was still there. I had to turn around and go back to the dealership. I had to wait an additional 3 hours to get this fixed. It was very inconvenient.
