I’ve always had a good experience with the Service Department and the Body Shop. This last service appointment the technician that changed the oil left it 3 quarts low. When I returned with my truck I Department and the Body Shop. This last service appointment the technician that changed the oil left it 3 quarts low. When I returned with my truck I was told he must have thought it was a 5 quart motor instead of an 8 quart motor. All he had to do was check the dipstick when he was done to make sure it was full of oil!! More

9/10 would not recommend! After the deal, we were harassed continually. Told the deal was good and paid a down payment to be harassed and told the car needed to be returned by 5pm (2-3 weeks AFTER w harassed continually. Then tried to explain and emphasize something and was told "Don't yell via text"... cause they xxxx sure don't call and make sure they help. They send a lot of texts and harass you to no point asking you to do their job and then tried to pull a fast one and add things to the loan by telling us they are "required"! Luckily our lender AND our insurance company called and asked us why we opted for them! Then the dealer gave us a hard time trying to remove it! Won't do business there again! More
