Manager John Whaley opened a closed deal and reworked the terms in my favor on a truck my wife and son purchased. I voiced concerns I felt they didn't get the best deal at first and he made up for it in the terms in my favor on a truck my wife and son purchased. Much administrative time and paperwork was required on the dealer's behalf as we live in another state. They overnight shipped paperwork to adjust the details. I appreciate the extra effort and hassle and also the reduced monthly payment!
