Rude office and confused service dept. Appointment was made well in advance, but there was still a shortage of service tech's. Was there no staffing schedule? It was a basic service, but t Appointment was made well in advance, but there was still a shortage of service tech's. Was there no staffing schedule? It was a basic service, but there was a recall. I was asked if I could stay to have the recall work done. I was able, but as a service tech, a brief discussion about WHY there was a recall would have been nice. Once the service was completed (approximately 2.5 hours later) NO review about what was done to the brand new vehicle. (Topped off this, added that, tire pressure was good/added air, tires were rotated, etc.) The 2 females taking my money made absolutely NO eye contact. None. Never looked up once. They were in deep conversation about shopping. Only when the one young lady handed me my receipt, was there any eye contact. The other young lady started talking to a male co-worker that had entered the office during my transaction. Horrible customer service at check out. More
