Once we decided to purchase the car, Raul got us the best price we could have hoped for. He was truly our customer advocate. Brandon in financing was efficient and helpful. The technology staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. Based on the large size and amount of advertising, we had assumed Stingray would be a high pressure dealership. In actuality, they were very low key and a real pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Chevy at a great price, should give them a look. More

Rip off Took my truck in for rough idle and poor acceleration. Was told it was a dirty throttle body and low on oil. Was charged $270 was told everything is g Took my truck in for rough idle and poor acceleration. Was told it was a dirty throttle body and low on oil. Was charged $270 was told everything is good. When I got in the truck it still had a miss so I told the service writer. He said he couldn't tell and he thinks it's running fine. Left Stingray and got down the road to find that the truck is running exactly the same. Was told to come back but I work a full time job and don't have time to go back and forth until they can figured my truck out. They could have done proper diagnostic while they had it instead of rushing me off and telling me it's fixed. So I took the truck to Cannon Cadillac and had it properly diagnosed and repaired. Highly recommend not going to Stingray. Truly a joke and I'll never return. Hope my $270 was worth losing a customer. More
