Horrible long service and lies about what is included My husband and I bought a $35,000 vehicle from them that was infested with cockroaches only to be told sorry about that. We were told we would have 8 My husband and I bought a $35,000 vehicle from them that was infested with cockroaches only to be told sorry about that. We were told we would have 8 free oil changes that changed to 4 after the second change and then when I went for the supposedly free last oil change I was told we had to pay for it. I left and my husband changed the oil. We had told the service people twice that I thought I had a nail in my tire which was supposed to be a covered cost. Only for the guy to tell us the warranty people aren't in and they would have to charge us if there was a nail. The serviceman returned to my husband told him he did not see a nail. Later to find out there was in fact a nail which is why my tire was having to have air put in it constantly. I literally drove to Tennessee AND Indiana with a nail in my tire because they were too lazy to do their jobs. Then when we finally did get them to patch the tire they gave my husband a 9am appointment for a tire patch which is a 30 minute job tops. It took them 3 and a half hours. I have been disappointed with this dealership pretty much as soon as I drove off the lot. I would definitely NEVER recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy. More

Communication and service was excellent. Ricky did an excellent job of communicating the status of technician who would be evaluating the issue with my 2016 Corvette.
