Not super happy with the dealership this time. I have brought my car in several times over the past couple years. I took my car in this time to have them look at the AC. I got it fixed just under I have brought my car in several times over the past couple years. I took my car in this time to have them look at the AC. I got it fixed just under a year last year. Well they said it was broke in a spot that wasn’t under warranty…which is fine. But quoting me at a higher price from the last fix is not okay when the part is way smaller, especially if you don’t explain why. And then when I say not to fix it you treat me not well. I then tell you that I am coming in to pick it up you bring it to the front but don’t tell the cashier where it’s at is an issue and you say oh it’s out there. Just find it. It didn’t feel like the family friendly dealer I am used to like with Joe Platt. I miss him. This trip was really disheartening. I felt taken advantage of and not loved. More
