I was scheduled for an oil change on my Corvette Stingray a week from my call, when I arrived I was told there was no oil. Nobody called me to reschedule due to the fact there was no oil change. I rescheduled and when I returned my service advisor was angry with me , said he had to pay for the oil change( Eric Scott). The attendant who was adding oil to my Corvette was holding the oil can in one hand while watching a video on his phone in the other hand. Very poor service! More

Well, your service tech left and when my car was done, I was waiting on it and finally had a go get someone else to sign me up.
