Took Yukon Denali in for service Wife drive Yukon home only to discover later the front passenger door handle to be broken. It was not like this before service as my son was in front Wife drive Yukon home only to discover later the front passenger door handle to be broken. It was not like this before service as my son was in front seat on way there, she drove home alone in car, kids rode with me in my truck so no one would have seen damaged door handle. Called to inform service dept as she picked car up at 12:30 on Saturday and they close at 1, closed till Monday. More

Good experience Took my 2015 Silverado in for fuel system diagnosis and steering recall. They were down a couple service members so, my stay would be lengthy. It ende Took my 2015 Silverado in for fuel system diagnosis and steering recall. They were down a couple service members so, my stay would be lengthy. It ended up being there for 3 days but I was given a loaner right away, no questions asked. Not having my own vehicle sucked but having a loaner made the situation a lot easier. Joe was super nice and explained everything to me. He even allowed me to speak with the gentleman who worked on my vehicle. Sorry, I forgot his name.
