We were sure we wanted the car, but felt like we should “sleep on it”. Sammy said absolutely, take your time.......absolutely no pressure. Felt like family Found my vehicle on Cargurus and was contacted by James ONeill. Answered all my questions and sent me a video of the Tiguan. Stereotype Shattered! I stopped by the dealership just to see what Volkswagen’s were about because I had never even sat in one. Chris Scott’s zero pressure, information onl I stopped by the dealership just to see what Volkswagen’s were about because I had never even sat in one. Chris Scott’s zero pressure, information only approach put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. With no “pressure to buy” I told him I’d follow up and left. A few days later I stopped by looking for Chris who wasn’t available. I was super pleased to see his coworker, Elias had the same genuine friendly approach. I kept waiting for the same ole’ dirty schemes, shady tactics and underhanded dealings to pop up, but they never did! The process is over now and I still can’t believe how easy they made it. Those two guys totally shattered the stereotype care salamen have. I don’t even see them as salesmen, they’re just two genuinely nice gentlemen that are there to help and talk about cars if you want! I could go on and on, but if you’re reading this, ASK FOR CHRIS OR ELIAS!!! They’ll seriously exceed all your expectations! To top it off, I was given a loaner to drive while my car was being prepped and was rear ended by a careless driver. All those guys cared about was if I was okay. They didn’t pawn off the liability to me or ask me to fill out a ton of paperwork, they just dealt with it like professionals should. This speakers very highly of Street’s management system maturity. Couldn’t be more pleased and already know exactly where I’ll be buying my next car! More
