They took the vehicle and had it professionally cleaned (having seats removed) to meet our expectations. J.J had a vehicle waiting with the seats warm on the day I had to bring the new vehicle in to have doorknobs replaced. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Any time spent waiting with our kids was made much more comfortable due to snacks, drinks, and charging stations where our kids could complete homework. Our experience here was wonderful and we have shared that with friends and family. More

Great Atmosphere and Great Deal I had been shopping online and looked at the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. I contacted 3 other dealerships and received a prompt email then afterwards recei I had been shopping online and looked at the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. Asked me what I was looking for in the Tiguan asked me what I was driving. Took the time to ask me colors and options. Had exactly what we wanted and we came in test drove the vehicle looked at my trade . Few minutes later had the deal I wanted for our payments and are trade in. But most of all it was the friendliness of everyone there. They are all friendly and polite to my family. And even Tyler the manager ordered dinner for my family.
