Jack was honest, proactive, and made himself available to answer any questions I had. Even though the vehicle was located at the Surprise location, he still made all the arrangements for me and lined up other employees at that location to assist me once I got there. We worked with David "Griz" Griffin for the sales side, and Joe Nieves for the finance side. Never once did they play the silly games asking us what they had to do to get us to "buy the car today", and they also didn't keep running back to their "manager's" office to see what the best deal they could get us was. They were up front and honest about pricing from the very beginning, and there was zero pressure to buy. I felt like they were genuinely there to help us find the perfect car for our needs. We couldn't be happier with our entire experience. Griz even traveled from Phoenix to Tucson to personally deliver the car back to us in Phoenix so we would have it for the road trip we were taking the very next day - talk about service!! More

He never made me feel pressured but rather at ease, and went above and beyond in his customer service (offering a ride, personally filling the gas, clear communication). As we evaluated the car, he was so upfront that my detailed list of questions (yes, I brought a list) were almost all answered before I even asked.
