Excellent Experience at Subaru Chandler Superstore I completed a lease for a 2018 Subaru Forester at Chandler Superstore, it was a very straight forward lease experience. I had shopped the agreed upon price for the vehicle (which is the only real negotiation you have when leasing a vehicle), Chandler Superstore was competitive. My experience with the team was excellent, Morgan Trzaskos, salesman, Joseph Nieves, finance and Andrew Bender in new car orientation all exceeded what I have experienced in the past for a vehicle acquisition. I first met Morgan and test drove a Forester in June on a very quiet weekday, a perfect time to test drive, it was very quiet in the showroom. Morgan was very helpful during that initial test drive, his product knowledge was excellent. I let him know that the November-December time frame would be the earliest I would consider making any transaction. Morgan ended the conversation with "is it OK to just keep in touch and if you decide to you want to buy a car, please keep me in mind". When I decided to move forward with a transaction, I contacted Morgan, told him the specifications and asked for a proposal, which he quickly provided. I did shop the agreed upon price and Chandler Superstore was very competitive, there was no pressure during or after the sale and then entire team was a pleasant group of professionals that made getting a new car a complete pleasure. If you are in the market for a Subaru, they have my recommendation, their pricing was competitive but their sales and finance service was a very pleasant one. Thank you, Morgan, Joseph and Andrew. Johnny Barravecchio was a real pleasure to deal with - I've never had such a pleasant car-buying experience! He told me everything about the various car levels I was considering, explained the differences, and helped me negotiate a good price for the car I wanted. He also advised me about the 0% financing, and he even personally picked me up at my home in order for me to pick up the new car. That's what I call Customer Service! And Christine Weber who showed me all about my new car - all the bells and whistles - couldn't have been more patient or helpful!
