Cayla Sumrall did a great job as a service advisor, the oil changed took a little longer than expected but the service department was very busy that morning. Other than that all went well. I bought my Forrester in 2019 and I never looked back. This is the first Subaru I owned but not my last. The service department has always been outstanding and willing to go that extra step. The reason for the service was a cargo tray installation. I was greeted quickly and escorted to the lounge area. I was just getting comfortable when I was informed that my Forester was ready to go. In the sh I was greeted quickly and escorted to the lounge area. I was just getting comfortable when I was informed that my Forester was ready to go. In the short amount of time, the installation was complete and a 27 point inspection was also done.
