Every one else in the place was welcoming and nice. The business manager Alex Aaslid helped me through the finance part which was one of the easiest experiences I have ever had. Camill Kaminski the delivery specialist was very knowledgeable and showed me everything I need to know about my new Subaru! What a great and painless car buying experience!!! Great team! Takes way too long to get your car serviced! We set our appointment for a routine oil change 2 weeks ahead. On the day of, we arrived 10-20 minutes early. The service desk manager remarked how 2 cars scheduled earlier than us weren’t there yet. We waited 3 HOURS for our car to get an oil change! 3 HOURS! After 2.5 hours and an uncomfortable nap later, I went to the desk to ask what was taking so long. The manager said they must have gone to lunch. Oh no kidding, huh? Terrible service and experience. I will never go back for any kind of services here. More

When the adjuster determined it was irreparable, I called John who worked hard to find me a new Forester. I came in the next day and decided on a Crosstrek. My buying experience with John has always been superb--honest, direct and painless. I really appreciated John's effort to find a car I could drive out with so quickly. He's always wonderful to work with. While I appreciate my terrific buying experience, I'm somewhat disappointed in some aspects of the 2019 Forester and Crosstrek. Half the console dials are dim and barely readable in bright sunlight with sunglasses unlike my 2017 Forester. I'm no longer able to play my Apple Ipod Touch either through Apply Play or by USB which I was able to use in my 2017 Forester by USB and in a loner Kia Soul. However, I'm very grateful for how I was able to walk away from a major accident virtually injury free because of how well built my 2017 Forester was. More

Phenomenal Service I have been working with Jerry Zack for 5 years in the service department. He is outstanding! He takes the time to explain things to me and gives me options. He is friendly and professional. He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. Once, he even walked me through how to check something under the hood via phone. I knew he was busy but he took the time to help me. I have been so impressed with Jerry over the years, I have absolute trust and respect for him. I live 30 miles from the dealership and work 60 miles from the dealership.
