New facility is beautiful and staff is very attentive. My only issue is the waiting room chairs are awfully uncomfortable. I only had to wait an hour and a half and my back was really hurting. Would seem that in an area where it is expected customers wait the chairs would be semi comfortable. All the expense of that beautiful facility you would think you could have done better. Subaru provides good service and evaluates what needs to be done and lets you decide what to proceed with by letting you know what is critical. They also provided a loaner when they could not get my vehicl be done and lets you decide what to proceed with by letting you know what is critical. Very disappointed in my oil change appointment that was over 3.5 hours. WAY TOO LONG to have your oil changed. I was told the car would be washed too, it wasn't washed. I had an appointment at 1pm.
