Tim Willis was as equally engaging. I was alone and he put me at ease and guided me through all the paperwork. He was personable but professional. My experience with both Mr. Hynson and Mr. Willis was above my expectation. Both of them offered to put on my license plates when received..How nice is that! The early closing on Saturday and not being opened on Sunday reflects the kind of company that respects their employees. I am looking forward to The Encore Program. Came in for 18,000 mile service on 2021 Outback. I had an appointment but the wait was extremely long. They didn't contact me during the wait time to let me know how it was going or why it was tak I had an appointment but the wait was extremely long. I drive 160 miles round trip from my home to this dealership. I have purchased three new Subaru vehicles from this dealership and have always returned there for service and repairs. I believe the "customer interface" could be improved especially when the wait time is so long. I gave you four stars. The new facility is immaculate and laid out well, employees are polite and professional.... and the complimentary snack area was well stocked and organized. More
I was met by the Service Department Tech, Jeff Bowman, explained what service I would receive and given an introductory tour of the new maintenance facility. All in all, the service, the tech and the facility all receive a 5-star rating.
