Not expecting much difference, a sales associate name Kody walked up and introduced himself. From that point it was over!! We’ve owned Honda’s, Audi’s, Mercedes etc but Kody was the FIRST sales associate I’ve ever dealt with that wasn’t full of S🤫🤫🤔. Hey made everything sooo smooth and easy. Long story short, came back to purchase another vehicle. Look when I say PROFESSIONALLY COOL Awesome and easy, I mean PROFESSIONALLY COOL , A E W S O M E and EEEEEAASY!!! A complete great experience while bringing our car for service at this location for diagnostic of “check engine light”. Had a 12:30 appointment on Saturday, upon arrival were informed of long waiting time service at this location for diagnostic of “check engine light”. Had a 12:30 appointment on Saturday, upon arrival were informed of long waiting time and immediately offered a loaner so we didn’t have to wait. Left vehicle with them and by following Monday received a call with update on what needed correction. Next day received another call indicating the car was fixed Jeff is tha Man!!! More
