I was traveling and had driven from Wisconsin to Georgia. My car had a horrible burnt smell. The service crew got me in right away, discovered the problem (a major oil spill from the last oil change at a Val My car had a horrible burnt smell. The service crew got me in right away, discovered the problem (a major oil spill from the last oil change at a Valvoline place, fixed the problem and checked my Crosstrek out before my travel back home. They were wonderful and professional. I drove back to Wisconsin with peace of mind!! I also learned not to have my oil changes done anywhere but a Subaru Dealer!! More

Was told car needed nothing. Within 2 hours of drive home the transmission started shuttering. Two days later when it started to rain water leaking on feet from under dash. Passenger mirror is ducked taped o the transmission started shuttering. Two days later when it started to rain water leaking on feet from under dash. Passenger mirror is ducked taped on and someone painted the duck tape the same color of the car. I would not recommend this dealership. More
