Y’all are the nicest people. Everyone I have ever engaged with at Subaru Gwinnett have been first of all extremely friendly,patient,kind, and fun. The best attitudes and willingness to be helpful. This was our third vehicle purchased at this dealership. First one a 2014 Forrester . It had a mysterious squeaking brake issue. Y’all weren’t satisfied until it was resolved. Second one 2018 Crosstrek. Had a leak in the roof area that resulted in a paddle forming in front floorboard every time it rained. Was a kink in a drainage tube on drivers side above windshield. Again y’all were relentless in finding the problem and resolving it. People were great facility good with plenty of spaced seating. Only problem was part had to be ordered. Hard to write 25 words . I always take my car to Subaru of Gwinnett for service. The customer service is top notch and they always stand by their work.
