Our salesman didn't have to work very hard as we really needed a car! I wish he had shown me more features on the Ascent as that was what I had intended to buy. There were some things that were not explained about the Outback that I did buy which took me by surprise - like the engine cuts out at traffic lights like the car stalls - thought we had turned that off but it keeps coming on. I don't like that feature at all! More detailed explanations about the cars and their differences would have enhanced the experience. The salesman was however very nice and not at all pushy - which I did like. Start to finish did take a really long time - but everyone was friendly. Some wore masks - our salesman did (which we really appreciated) and some didn't. More

For the first time, we had delays both on drop-off and pickup. On drop-off, an attendant took our key fob with them while looking for a service person to help. At pickup, there were not enough service folks on hand, and we were asked to wait while another car's check-in was completed. After 5-10 minutes Richard finished up with us and we were on our way (this was not Richard's fault as he appeared to be the only service person out there helping customers). More
