I deducted a star because my experience with the finance person wasn't very pleasant. He did not give a satisfactory response or seem to care about a concern I had. He was Mr Nice Guy while trying to sell me all the extended warranties but when i turned him down he changed to Mr Whatever Guy. Good thing the sales person made my day and i didn't let anyone ruin it. Love my new car so far. More
